Playby rules.

No playbys! I don't want to see any Gaaras, or Narutos, or Kataras runing around! You can make your character look like someone, I.E. Sasuke, Kiba, Roxas, etc. but No names, personalities from wikis, historys, etc.

Actually, names could work. i.e. Ichijo is a popular name in manga, but you can still use it for a character as long as you are not solely basing it on that character.

Ichijo means pure white, dummy. >.<

UPDATE: Certain names are good: I.E. Roxas, Ichijo, Ichigo, etc. But some are not. I.E. Naruto, Neville, etc.
